Lisa Hayes - Manager & BHS Stage 3 instructor & Stage 4 Senior Management - I have over 20 years experience with horses and ponies, both working with them and for pleasure! I started off with a huge love of jumping in my teenage years, competing in BSJA, never having a ready made pony spurred me on to produce the best out of what I had, achieving some excellent results in the process. I then went to train as a BHS instructor .
After qualifying I taught regularly at a riding school and then went on to teach freelance, currently I teach Pony Club, show jumping as well as teaching showing combinations to children ranging from 4 to 16 years old, preparing the pony and rider combinations for shows.
Here at Little Wishford I take the overrall responsibility for riding school management. I am the safeguarding officer, fully DBS checked and hold a full and current BHS first aid qualification.
Kelly Martin - Part time BHS stage 3 instructor & UK CC level 2 coach - Kelly has worked as a rider and trainer in a variety of yards including dressage, eventing, studs and showjumping. She has competed in all disciplines. Although Dressage is her passion. Kelly is currently competing at Advanced level and training towards PSG.
Eloise Lohan - BHS Stage 2 Instructor -
Eloise has been part of the team for three years working to take care of all the ponies general needs and prepping them for lessons. She is also working through the BHS pathway levels to become a fully fledged instructor. She's competing in novice level dressage with her pony Blue. She is also DBS checked, current safeguarding and first aid trained.
Shannon Wallen - Head Groom - Shannon has been part of Little Wishford for 2 years and has just passed her Level 2 Care and Management Diploma and her BHS Stage 1. She does a bit of everything with her pony Henry.
